The staff where all very very helpful and efficient. I booked a room with a very clean bed, a mini bar, central heating, and an electronic key card. Minute walk from a train station, the location was stunning and fantastic, very near the San Marco square.

A great selection of food available in the garden. Exceptionally nice and excellent rooms with potted flowers etc as well as bathroom, fantastic stay! In a very central location with bars and restaurants near the hotel. Walking distance to a supermarket and a shopping area across the street.

Got extremely spacious room by his computer as expected, thoroughly enjoyed it. The location was great - ease of access to Saint Mark's Square. And we were near to the famous shops, the main square and ferry terminals, and great restaurants, shopping, St Marks Square and the Grand Canal ferry service.

The location was perfect and incredible, you can visit Saint Mark's Square by walking. I had very clean bed and exposed beams in the updated and tidy. The bathroom was fairly clean and it had a shower, a hair dryer and a bidet for my convenience.
The area was extremely busy.
